Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Return

          • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.
          • Certain items like gift cards, personal care products, and perishable goods are non-returnable.

Conditions for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

          • Wrong item or design received.
          • Defective item or part of the product is missing.
          • Visible damage (tears, stains, or irregularities).

Unpacking Video Requirement

          • Record an unpacking video showing your name, address, AWB number, all sides of the package, and the opening process without cuts.
          • Highlight any issues and share the video link via email with your return request.

Return Process

          • Log in to your account and navigate to “Orders.”
          • Select the order and click the “Return” button.
          • Upload the unpacking video link in the description.
          • Email us at care@azaayah.com with details of the damage or wrong item.

Refunds

          • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few days.
          • Refunds for sale items are not permitted.

Return Shipping

          • Customers bear return shipping costs. Consider using a trackable service for valuable items.

Steps to Initiate Return

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate the return process, follow below instructions,

          1. Login to your account on our website
          2. Click on Dashboard link
          3. Select on Orders from left hand side menu
          4. Under Actions column click on View button to the corresponding order you wish to process
          5. Scroll down to locate ‘Return’ button and click it
          6. Fill in all the required information
          7. Upload your unpacking video to Google Drive > make the link public and share the link in Description (refer below to see instructions on how to create unpacking video)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Below are the only conditions when we accept Return.

          • Wrong Item Received

            • Wrong design received
            • Part of the product is missing (eg: dupatta missing)
          • Defective Item Received

            • There is visible damage, such as tears, stains, or irregularities, affecting the overall appearance and functionality of the product.

In each of above case, a detailed unpacking video should be recorded and shared along with the return request. Please see this video to know the right way of recording your unpacking video.

          1. Start the video by showing your name and address printed on the package to confirm it was shipped to the right customer
          2. Then focus on the AWB number (sticker) on the package
          3. The video should contain the package in focus all through the video
          4. First show each side of the package to confirm that it was not damaged during transit
          5. Open the package and check the garments
          6. Point out any damage or wrong item received
          7. Make sure that the video is taken continuously without any cuts which will lead to rejection of your return request.
          8. You can share an email with your damage or wrong product received to care@azaayah.com and we will send further instructions

Please note that for the returns successfully processed, you need to upload the unpacking video as explained above and share it based on the instructions you received over email.

 

Product Inspection Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@azaayah.com.

Returns Shipping Instructions

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided in email communication.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
