What is your return and refund policy?
Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging. Certain items like perishable goods, intimate products, and hazardous materials cannot be returned.
Which items are non-returnable?
Non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.
How do I initiate a return?
1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to the Dashboard.
3. Select Orders.
4. Click on View for the relevant order.
5. Click on the Return button.
6. Fill in the required information.
7. Upload an unpacking video to Google Drive and share the link.What conditions are accepted for returns?
Returns are accepted for:
– Wrong item received (wrong design or missing part)
– Defective item (visible damage or irregularities)How should I record the unpacking video?
1. Start by showing your name and address on the package.
2. Focus on the AWB number.
3. Show each side of the package.
4. Open the package and check the items.
5. Point out any damage or wrong item.
6. Ensure the video is continuous without cuts.What should I do if I receive a defective or wrong item?
Inspect your order upon reception. If defective or wrong, contact us immediately at care@azaayah.com with a detailed unpacking video. Follow the instructions provided via email for further steps.
What are the steps to return an item?
1. Record and share an unpacking video.
2. Email us the video link and details of the issue.
3. Follow the email instructions for processing the return.What happens after I return an item?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
What should I do if I haven’t received my refund yet?

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
How do I return an item?
Mail your product to the address provided in our email communication. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
Should I use a trackable shipping service?
For more expensive items, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Is COD available for orders?
Yes, COD is available, but it requires partial payment upfront.
How does the COD process work?
You pay 65% of the order value upfront via a payment link. The remaining 45% is paid upon product delivery.
Why is partial payment required for COD?
This ensures security for both Azaayah and the customer, safeguarding against non-fulfillment.
Will I receive a payment link immediately?
Yes, the payment link is shared upon order confirmation.
Can I cancel my COD order after paying the upfront amount?
Yes, COD orders can be canceled within 3 hours from the time of 65% payment.
Is the 65% payment refundable?
No, if the product has shipped, read return policy to know more.What happens if I fail to pay the upfront amount?
The order will not be processed further.Is COD available for international orders?
No, COD is available only within India.
How are domestic orders shipped?
Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and will be shipped within a maximum of 7-8 working days.
Who is responsible for delivery delays?
Azaayah guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 7-8 working days but is not liable for any delays caused by the courier company.
Where will my order be delivered?
Orders will be delivered to the address mentioned during order placement. Azaayah is not responsible for any damage caused during transit.
