📦 Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders within India.

What is the delivery timeline?

Products are delivered within 6-7 working days after the processing period (1-2 days). While we ensure timely dispatch, we are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or natural calamities.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the carrier and destination at the time of checkout.

💳 Payments & Cash on Delivery

What are the terms for COD (Cash on Delivery)?

For COD, customers must pay 65% of the order value upfront via a secure payment link sent by us. The remaining 45% balance is payable at the time of delivery. This policy ensures order commitment and safe delivery for both parties.

Can I cancel a COD order?

COD orders can be canceled within 3 hours of the upfront payment. Once shipped, the 65% upfront payment is non-refundable.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is the return window?

You can initiate a return within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Why is the Unpacking Video mandatory?

To process claims for missing or damaged items, a continuous unpacking video is strictly required. It must show the shipping label, all sides of the sealed package, and the opening/inspection in one single shot with no edits.

What items are non-returnable?

Gift cards, sale items, and certain personal care or hygiene-related products are non-returnable.

How do I get my refund?

Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund is processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
