Return and Refund Policy

At Azaayah, we are committed to providing you with the finest women’s ethnic wear. If your purchase isn't quite right, we’re here to help make the return process as simple as possible.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Exclusions: Sale items, gift cards, and personal care products are non-returnable.

2. Accepted Reasons for Return

We accept returns if you have received:

  • A physically damaged or defective item.
  • The wrong product, size, or design.
  • A package with missing parts (e.g., missing dupatta or accessories).

⚠️ Mandatory: Continuous Unpacking Video

To process any return or refund claim, a continuous unpacking video is strictly required. The video must clearly show:

  1. The unopened package and the shipping label (Name & AWB number).
  2. All sides of the package to show it is untampered.
  3. The full opening and inspection of the item in one single, unedited shot.

Claims without a valid video proof will be rejected.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Login to your account at Azaayah.com.
  2. Go to "My Orders" and select the item you wish to return.
  3. Click "Return" and enter the reason.
  4. Upload your unpacking video to Google Drive (set the link to 'Public') and paste the link in the return notes.
  5. Send a confirmation email to care@azaayah.com with your Order ID.

4. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
