1. Domestic Shipping (India)
- Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders across India.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 working days from the date of payment.
- Delivery Timeline: Once processed, products are typically delivered within 6-7 working days.
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
To safeguard the interests of both Azaayah and our customers, COD orders require a partial upfront payment:
- 65% Upfront: Paid via a secure payment link sent after order placement.
- 45% on Delivery: The remaining balance is paid to the courier upon arrival.
2. International Shipping
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges for international destinations are calculated based on the logistics carrier and destination at checkout. Please note that customs duties or taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via email.
- Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout to avoid any delays or misdelivery.
- Liability: While we partner with reputed logistics providers to ensure safety, Azaayah is not responsible for transit delays or damages once the package has been handed over to our logistics partner.
